Can I separate subfloor prep from the finish?
You can itemise levelling, ply, screeding and the floor finish as their own lines, so the customer sees exactly what proper preparation costs.
Does it calculate VAT?
If you're VAT-registered, switch it on and every quote shows a clear VAT breakdown. If not, leave it off and prices display clean.
